Website Care Plan (Your Hosting)

Already have hosting you're happy with? Keep it. We'll take care of everything else: backups, updates, monitoring and the small changes you need, all on your existing server.

What's included

• Works with your hosting: we manage your site on your current server. You keep paying your host directly.
• Daily backups: set up and checked by us, so if anything goes wrong, we roll it back
• Updates & security: fixes and patches applied so your site stays safe
• Monitoring: we're alerted if your site goes down, often before you notice
• Small changes: up to 30 minutes of edits each month (text, photos, hours, prices)
• Priority support: answers from the people who built your site

Requirements

• Your hosting must support Node.js apps, e.g. Hostinger Business/Cloud, a VPS, or similar. Most basic WordPress / PHP-only hosting can't run your site.
• We'll need access to deploy updates (a hosting login or SSH).
• Not sure if your hosting qualifies? Message us before subscribing and we'll check for free.

Good to know

• Billed monthly, cancel anytime. Prefer yearly? Ask us. You get 2 months free.
• Hosting problems on your provider's side (outages, billing, plan limits) are handled by your host.
• Bigger changes, like new pages or features, are quoted separately.
• Unused edit time doesn't roll over.
• You still have full access to your admin portal to make changes yourself anytime.
